Mr. Soden has more than 35 years of financial and deal-making experience in the telecommunications and media industries, working with independent telecommunications networks, mobile phone and wireless carriers, and consumer print properties. His skilled representation has led to the completion of over 250 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion. Mr. Soden has also held executive-level positions at SFP Publishing and Vidal Sassoon S.M. He qualified and competed in the 1988 Summer Olympic cycling trials.

Ted Koerner has 35 years of extensive banking experience, including financing communications companies in wireline, wireless, cable, transport, tower, and data center sectors. He was a leader at CoBank, a large infrastructure and agriculture lender, for nearly 22 years. While there, he led the Rural Infrastructure Banking Group, five divisions focused on Communications, Power, Project Finance, Electric Distribution, and Water. Prior to this, he led CoBank’s Communications Banking Division, with a team of nineteen professionals. Mr. Koerner earned a BA from Colorado College, an MBA in finance from the University of Washington, and an MA in economics from New York University.

Since joining Alpina in 2019, George has worked on a variety of transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to equity capital raises. George has focused on the wireless infrastructure space working with tower owners, and has participated in the execution of several spectrum asset sales. George received B.S./B.A. degrees in both Finance and Accounting, as well as a minor in Economics, from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Alpina, George worked as a fly fishing guide in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and managed a premier fly fishing lodge in Mexico.

Rhett received his B.S.degree in Systems Management from The United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation he served in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer where his responsibilities included contract acquisition and government contract oversight. His operations roles also included personnel and budget management. Rhett attended the U.S. Army Airborne School and deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and Operation Spartan Shield. Prior to working at Alpina, Rhett worked as a Consultant for Oracle NetSuite where he helped businesses implement NetSuite Accounting and ERP Software. Rhett was a member of the West Point Army lacrosse team, serving as Captain his senior year.

Ms. Koerner has a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University.
